Doncaster Elementary is fortunate to have a working kiln and, thanks to the Doncaster PAC, clay and clay materials (glazes, stamps, etc.) in order to make projects to take home. Students get hands-on experience making 3-D objects and sculptures that are then glazed before being fired a second time. For many students, this is their first experience using this medium. Without the generosity of the PAC to help purchase clay supplies, these art projects would never happen.
