Everything the PAC accomplishes is because of volunteers!

All the events that our families enjoy and bring us closer as a community and all the fundraisers that bring income to support and enrich our kids’ experience at Doncaster School are organized, coordinated, and run by parent volunteers from our school.

As a parent or guardian of a child registered at Ecole Doncaster Elementary, you are a voting member of the PAC. We welcome you to the meetings: hear what’s happening in your school, bring your ideas forward, and get involved in one or many of the great activities the PAC has on the go. There is always a way to get involved, from baking a batch of cookies or making a few signs to organizing an event for the school. We’d love to have your help!

Members of the PAC executive are a good source of information and can answer any questions you might have about how the PAC operates.

The School Garden Project is a collaborative effort between the school and the parent community. If you are interested in learning more and/or getting involved in this project please contact Abigail Bigam through the school.

The Fun Lunch Program is a PAC fundraiser that aims to provide fun, nutritious, and sustainable meals for everyone at our school. We rely on volunteers to run this program to help distribute food on the day of delivery. We are committed to inclusion of all students and dietary backgrounds. For each hot lunch, we will attempt to balance nutritious, low-cost meals with additional options for students with various dietary restrictions (often at a higher cost due to sourcing restaurants that are strict with regards to no cross contamination of restricted foods).
